    Description

      I've just upgraded QtCreator from 4.10.2 to 4.11 through Qt Maintenance Tool on my Win7 SP1 64-bit.

      The installation completes without any error.

      When I launch the application I see an error popup with title

      arm-none-eabi-gdb-py.exe - System Error

      The program cannot be started because python27.dll is missing

      After a while QtCreator starts, and it seems working.

      Similar to QDS-1322 bug.

      Boot2Qt plugin was disabled with 4.10.2 and is disabled with the new release 4.11.
