WinRT plugin is unnecessarily loaded by default, SDK installer takes care of "ForceEnabled"

      At startup, the WinRT plugin causes this debug output:

      Running Windows Runtime device detection.
No winrtrunner.exe found.
Running Windows Runtime device detection.
No winrtrunner.exe found.
Running Windows Runtime device detection.
No winrtrunner.exe found.

      I guess it does find no winrtrunner.exe. 3 Times.

      It is a niche plugin, giving that output to every Windows user. That is unnecessary, because the SDK installer takes care that the plugin is force loaded if a WinRT Qt package gets installed. The plugin can be disabled by default.
