Unable to run CDB debugger under "Custom executable" configuration

    Description

      When I'm trying to debug my project with "Custom executable" configuration, its unable to start debugger because Qt libraries are not in PATH. Probably, it is connected to removing "Add build library search path to PATH" checkbox from "Custom executable" run configuration setup panel.
