High DPI Scaling on Multiple Monitors

I have a dual monitor setup with two 4k monitors on Windows 10. The primary monitor is set to 175% scaling and the secondary, which I typically run Qt Creator on is set to 150% scaling. Since the update to Creator 4.11, the scaling for most of the interface elements on the secondary monitor is broken, with things appearing too small and text being cut off in buttons and tabs. If I disable High DPI Scaling, or if I set the two monitors to the same scaling in Windows, the issue goes away, but neither of these is a desirable solution.
