Qt Creator 4.11 UI is impossible to read

      Please note that I have been running Qt Creator on the same machine with the same monitors (4K, 150% scaling) for 2 years with no issues at all. This happened either after updating to Qt Creator 4.11 or it's a result of the Windows update.

      Qt Creator's UI is impossible to read. The fonts are very small. I have tried to set the QT_SCALE_FACTOR environment variable and while it does change things, the results are still undesirable.

      I have also tried to set QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=1 and this one had no effect whatsoever.

      Please fix this.
