User request: add 'insert forward definition' as suggestion when parse error.

User has requested following feature:

When you type a declaration for a method void foo( Bar & b )
and Bar is not yet known, you get the fix suggestion to include <Bar.h> (or something)
However in a header file you might just want a forward declaration class Bar;

Could you add that hint ?
