qmake from package manager detected twice

      1. Start Creator with empty settings, e.g. using the parameter -tcs.
      2. Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Kits" -> "Qt Versions".
        /usr/lib/qt5/bin/qmake was autodetected twice:
