Android Project cannot be build

    Description

      Hello,

      since QtCreator 4.11, which ships Qbs 1.15, Android projects can not be build. Qbs just outputs that the needed modules can not be loaded.

      To reproduce the error just create a new QtQuick Application and use an android kit.
