Wrong outline when using c++ "meta" macros

Hi,

I am using a 'meta' macro (one that takes other macro name as parameter) for similar code pieces (see attached file animal.cpp). While doing so the outline is rendered incorrectly (see attached screenshot QtCreatorOutline.png).

This applies to both the outline dropdown box next to the current file box (as shown in the screenshot) as well as the outline view.

I guess the macro definitions is confusing the outline renderer.
