Toggle "Display line number" by keyboard shortcut

Line numbers in text editor  are not needed every time, but take space (vertical stripe, often 3 characters wide)

That space is precious on small screens and is further reduced if one uses split views.

Now it can be toggled through Tools->Options->Text Editor->Display->Display line numbers.

It's not quick if one wants to switch it frequently, so please make it possible to toggle it through keyboard shortcut assignable in Tools->Options->Environment->Keyboard.
