Building projects with option "shadow build" off doesn't create "debug" and "release" directories

    Description

      When I try to build my project in Qt Creator with option "shadow build" off the compiler produces a lot of garbage in the source directory. Previos versions of Qt created "debug" and "release" directories automatically and put object files in there.
