MSVC2017 compilers not detected if they installed from MSVC2019

      I have installed the MSVC2019 from the online installer, and choosed there (at installation process) the MSVC2017 toolchain.

      I see that the CL compilers are available in:

      c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.16.27023\bin\

      • HostX86
      • HostX64

      Also, I have created a simple console application from the Visual Studio for v141 toolset to make sure that it does work,

      But, the QtC does not see any of MSVC compilers.
