Add support for qmlRegisterSingletonInstance

    Description

      qmlRegisterSingletonInstance is a new feature of Qt5.14: https://wiki.qt.io/New_Features_in_Qt_5.14 .  Currently the import statements throw a " QML module not found." error and code completion doesn't work. Can the code completion of setContextProperty ( which by the way, works great ) be migrated to qmlRegisterSingletonInstance ?
