Optional hiding of autogenerated files in File system view

It will be very great if we can specify file list or by mask for hide/ignore some files in File System View. This files can be autogenerated files or not related to the source code, or any other trash, like a .DSStore.

Visibility of this hidden files can be changed in options popup menu from setting button at header of view.

Adding file to ignore list can be performed via context menu.

Information about  ignored files can be stored to the file in a  project root, for example, named as .qtcreatorignore.

• .qtcreatorignore in project root hides files by path or mask in File System View
• add new files to .qtcreatorignore with context menu
• switch in the File System options to show/hide ignored files
