TODO plugin Unity build

Since I updated QtCreator from 4.9 to 4.11.1 the TODO plugin does not recognise files created by a unity build made with CMake anymore. In case I turn off unity build, all files are parsed properly. Attaches a cmake fn to enable unity build in CMake.
