Debugging of Qt types with custom QT_NAMESPACE doesn't work

If Qt is build with a namespace the dumping of Qt types in the debugger doesn't work. So far I had to manually adapt the qttypes.py file to include the namespace in functions, such as 

def qdump__MY_CUSTOM_QT_NAMESPACE__QByteArray(d, value):
