When installing the SDK, the user should be able to use both CMake and the recommended ninja tool without further configuration necessary. This should help new users getting a seemless first-time experience, but also help existing users into using the recommended Ninja backend.

This requires that

• CMake and ninja tools in the sdk are automatically installed by default (see QTBUG-82466)
• Creator does need to automatically use the installed Ninja by default, instead of Make/jom
