Breakpoints in unloaded plugin not shown in file view

After the debugger starts breakpoints in unloaded plugins/libraries disappear from the file (and setting a new one does not show them either), but they are listed in the debugger breakpoint pane as unresolved breakpoints.
As soon as the plugin is loaded all becomes normal
