Dialog for crashed application misses information

      1. Go to "Tools" -> "Options…" -> "Debugger" -> "General".
      2. Check "Use Qt Creator for post-mortem debugging"
      3. Click "OK" and quit Creator.
      4. Start an application independently of Creator.
      5. Crash this application.
        The appearing dialog reads: 
        The application "" (process id 7280) crashed. Would you like to debug it?

      There seems to be something missing between the quotes.
