Automatically select 64 bit CDB for MSVC 2017 64 bit

    Description

      Default kits with a 64 bit MSVC compiler get assigned a 32 bit CDB, although a 64 bit CDB is available (see screenshot).

       

      Qt Version: Qt 5.14.1 MSVC2017 64bit

      Compilers:  Microsoft Visual C[++] Compiler 16.4.29806.167

       

      This leads to a warning for the kit:

       

        The ABI of the selected debugger does not match the toolchain ABI.
