Android automatic SDK setup could show an error message if sdkmanger command failed

    Description

      When using the automatic SDK setup, sdkmanager could fail because of the wrong JDK version. The Android settings UI still shows a red cross tick of something wrong with JDK, but it could be better to show an actual error dialog.
