Build output, application output pane does not open

    Description

      I have the following settings:

      Build&Run->Compile output->Open pane when building = true

      Build&Run->Application output->Open pane output when running = Alwas

       

      Both don't work. Build pane does not open automatically when building, app output pane does not open when running.
