Manifest editor removes encoding tag and changes formatting

      When creating an AndroidManifest.xml template for the first time in a project, and switching to XML mode, some parts of XML are changed from the main template deployed by Qt.

      Mainly, the encoding part is removed:

      encoding='utf-8'

      and new lines are added to some elements in the activity section.

      This gives the wrong impressions that the user changed something, while that's not the case.
