When trying to push a local branch for the first time, it fails because there is no upstream, and only shows a suggestion of command-line in the bottom pane.

It would be much better if it showed a dialog like this :

message: "Push failed because the branch has no upstream, do you want to create a new one ?"
text input: remote branch name (default fill is the local branch name)
buttons: "confirm" or "abort"
