Can't create kits for Android

    Description

      I have installed Android SDK and NDK with Qt 5.12.8.

      All works fine before upgrade to version 4.12.

      After run Qt Creator I see these messages in general section:

      Skipping check for license update: Perpetual license.
Project ERROR: You need to set the ANDROID_NDK_ROOT environment variable to point to your Android NDK.
Could not read qmake configuration file C:/Qt/5.12.8/android_x86/mkspecs/android-clang/qmake.conf.
Project ERROR: You need to set the ANDROID_NDK_ROOT environment variable to point to your Android NDK.
Could not read qmake configuration file C:/Qt/5.12.8/android_arm64_v8a/mkspecs/android-clang/qmake.conf.
Project ERROR: You need to set the ANDROID_NDK_ROOT environment variable to point to your Android NDK.
Could not read qmake configuration file C:/Qt/5.12.8/android_armv7/mkspecs/android-clang/qmake.conf.

      My options is:

      In Qt versions I see

      All version is auto-detected. Interesting that I have Qt 5.9.9 installed, but it is not auto-detected. I added it manually.

      In kits section I see:

      I tried to set ANDROID_NDK_ROOT path to environment, but nothing happens. Please advice whats going wrong? And it is bug or not?
