"Link with Qt" shown in info bar even if not possible to link

    Description

      The "Link with Qt" button in the Qt version configuration page is disabled, but on the first start of the new Qt Creator version it still showed the "Link with Qt" button in the info bar, which opened the dialog.

      I assume for a system-wide Qt Creator installation, this can't work.
