QtCreator crashs after installation

Just installed QtCreator 4.12.0 with Qt 5.14.2 for VS2017 + Android. THis was done from a regular session with no administrator rights.

On last page, the installer proposes to launch QtCreator, I did so, it crashed.

Then I tried to launch it both by double clicking qtcreator.exe and though start menu shortcut, it crashs.

When I start qtcreator.exe as an administrator, it show up.

When I start qtcreator.exe with "-settingspath C:\Users[me]\AppData\Roaming\QtCreator_4.12, it show up.

Looks like default location for settingspath is wrong and this makes QtCReator fail to open.

If I hit "Debug" when it crashs, Visual Studio reports a crash in: QtSupport4.dll)
