[QNX] Device test doesn't check for env utility

      Remove the env utility from the device and try to fetch the device environment (Projects|Build & Run|<QNX target>|Run|Environment|Details|Fetch Device Environment).  Fails because env utility doesn't exist.

      Tools|Options|Devices|Devices|<QNX device>|Test doesn't lodge any complaints.
