No compile error in issues panel(msvc2017 clang)

Compile simple code with error and get this error in "Compile Output" but not in "Issues". I try to change regexp in dev/scripts/msvc2tests.pl to something like

^([^(]+)\((\d+).*?\).*?:.*?(warning|error).*?:\s+(.*)$

, but don't have any changes.
