Suggest a local branch name when checking out a gerrit patchset

    Description

      When checking out a gerrit patchset QtCreator offers to create a local branch. (I usually create one when checking out a patchset.)

      It would be useful if a git-branch sanitized version of the patchset's title would be added by default.
