C++ license template setting not saved

The C++ license template setting is not saved.

To reproduce:

1. Go to  Tools > Options > C++
2. Behind "License template" click the "Browse..." button.
3. Select a short text file and click "Open"
4. Click "Ok"
5. Go to Tools > Options > C+++
6. Observe that the license template is empty again.

```

Note that when a license template is set, and clicking the "Edit" button behind it, the file is correctly opened for editing.
