Description
I just installed Qt 5.14.2 with Qtcreator 4.12.0. and it's crashing
at startup. Here is the call-stack from WinDbg:
CppTools4!CppTools::BaseEditorDocumentParser::update+0x4b0 CppTools4!CppTools::CppCodeModelSettings::clangCustomDiagnosticConfigs+0xd CppTools4!CppTools::CppCodeModelSettings::clangDiagnosticConfigId+0x30 CppTools4!CppTools::CppCodeModelSettings::toSettings+0x9fQt5Core!QArrayData::deallocate+0x13 Qt5Core!QSettings::endGroup+0x129ucrtbase!_free_base+0x1b0xffffffff CppTools4!CppTools::CppCodeModelSettings::fromSettings+0x3c9 CppTools4!CppTools::correspondingHeaderOrSource+0xf86 Qt5Core!QFileDevice::close+0x30ExtensionSystem4!ExtensionSystem::Internal::PluginSpecPrivate::initializePlugin+0xca ExtensionSystem4!ExtensionSystem::Internal::PluginManagerPrivate::loadPlugin+0x2b5ExtensionSystem4!ExtensionSystem::Internal::PluginManagerPrivate::loadPlugins+0xf3QTCREATOR+0x7fe8QTCREATOR+0x9915 QTCREATOR+0x8f09 ...
Before that it shows the "ebx=0000002c" and the location and the illegal access:
CppTools4!CppTools::BaseEditorDocumentParser::update+0x4b0:607a66a0 8b0b
mov ecx,dword ptr [ebx]
