Wrong preview icons in resource files with ico files (it shows always from topmost icon)

      I put some ico files into my ressouce file qrc and all all icons shows the same

      preview icon (here from the topmost icon "Fatcow-Farm-Fresh-Information.ico".

      I add another icon "Fatcow-Farm-Fresh-Add.ico" that is sorted above this icon 

      and restart QtCreator and all preview icons are now again from the topmost icon.

      It seems that any index is not counted up for the preview icos.

       

      1) Topmost icon is "Fatcow-Farm-Fresh-Information.ico"

       

      2) Topmost icon is "Fatcow-Farm-Fresh-Add.ico"
