Debugger not working

      Qt Creator 4.13.0-beta1 (4.12.82), install preview Creator and MSVC2019 x64 binaries. Launch Creator, create new project and click start debugger -> error dialog shows up with 'The CDB process terminated', output from the Global debugger output attached.

      On same installation the released Creator (Qt Creator 4.12.1) can start debugger with same binaries and same example project.
