Qt Designer doesn't reflect the layout constraint of "SetFixedSize"

qtcreatorbug24069.zip # Create an empty window with the Qt Widget Designer;

1. Lay it out vertically;
2. Set the constraint to a fixed size;
3. Add two push buttons.

The result looks incorrectly in the designer:
