Per project Editor Settings are not working anymore

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create a new project
      • Open Projects perspective, click on editor
      • From Editor settings choose custom
      • Change Tab & Indent sizes to 2 spaces
      • Try to type something, it still uses 4 spaces
