Currently the "Copy steps from another kit" menu is disabled until you enable the kit that you want to copy steps to.
This has the ugly side effect that you always create a default setup of build configurations, even if you don't want them (since you want the copy from the other kit instead).

It would be good if "Copy steps from another kit" was available also on disabled kits, and if triggering this from there would just copy the steps from another kit without creating the default setup first.
