QML Tooling on Android fails

    Description

      QML debugging and profiling works with neither the Android emulator nor the device.

      As far as I can tell, some of the required extra parameters to the application are passed, and necessary port forwarding is there but the Qml debug server inside the application does not start up properly and/or the client can not connect to the server.
