QbsPm: Option "Force UTF-8 MSVC compiler output" has not effect in QBS projects

    Description

      When we choose the "Force UTF-8 MSVC compiler output" checkbbox inside of a MSVC Kit, then it does not work for the QBS projects. But, it does work for the qmake projects.
