Filtering/disabling kits that don't work with certain examples

      Now when a user has MinGW and MSVC builds installed and opens for example a Minibrowser example, it lists MinGW as a selectable kit. But there isn't QtWebView for it nor WebEngine in MinGW and it will fail to build.

      There could be a file in each example which lists simple rules which kits wouldn't work with a particular example.
