"breakpoints" panel shows "full path" for file, and is "right justified" for func name

      the "call stack" panel shows things correctly:

      1. shows only the name of the file, not the full path
      2. shows the function name left justified

      the "breakpoints" panel shows things very wrongly:

      1. name of file contains "full path", which is too much visual noise
      2. function name is right justified, which is useless if you don't have a 3 foot wide screen
