Qt Examples missing after previous "running app" error

      After shutting down QtCreator with file/exit after block for app still running.
      I started up QtCreator.
      All of the examples were missing.

      Logging out and back into chromebook fixed the problem. I guess something
      in closing the app or QtCreator mess up some "cache?" data. Restarting the
      session looks like it cleared it up.
