QtCreator crashes if you open it many times in a row

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install QtC 4.12.3 (or QtC 4.13.0-beta1)
2. Browse to the directory, where QtC is installed and try to open it many times in a row

Expected result:
Multiple instances of QtCs are opened.

Actual result:
QtC does not open many times and a dialog saying: "It looks like Qt Creator closed because of a problem with the "XXX" plugin. Temporarily disable the plugin?"
If you press "Continue" or just close the dialog, QtC opens. The plugin, which crashes might be whatever.

Even though this is not a standard use case, but this affects especially the B2Qt RTA tests and makes those really flaky. I've tried to add timeout to the tests, where QtC is getting opened and closed, but still this is happening often. So, this is somewhat a show stopper for the B2Qt HW tests.
