McuSupport: Read FreeRTOS environment variables from .json files

    Description

      In Qt for MCUs, the target .json files now contain a "freeRTOS/envVar" filed with the FreeRTOS environment variable

      TODO: replace freeRTOSEnvVarForPlatform in mcusupportsdk.cpp (which has a hard-coded list of these variables) with the information from the .json.
