Reg [4.12.3 --> 4.13.0-beta1] CMake configuration variable filtering is broken

When I filter CMake variables in the Projects -> Build Settings view, some variables are not filtered. In particular, variable categories, such as "CMAKE" should be hidden if no children pass the filter expression.
