QmlDesigner: Annotation editor wrongly themed

    Description

      Start QC with the default theme ("Flat") - applies also for setting an own color or using a dark theme.

      The icon to open the annotation editor already gets a wrong tinting..

      Editor's toolbar is hardly usable as all icons - if you've set a color for QC this may be even worse.
