Get the application to be started from the build.gradle or from the generated AndroidManifest.xml file

Get the application to be started from the build.gradle or from the generated AndroidManifest.xml file that is in the build directory. In build.gradle, applicationID can be used to identify the application to be started. Currently it will look at AndroidManifest.xml which would need to be changed

By doing this it will enable the project to change what is actually invoked by changing the configuration used as this saves having to duplicate the entire android-source directory just to provide a variant of the application being built here.
