Cannot change letter case while renaming a file under windows

    Description

      1. I have file named i.e. "button.qml" and want to change its name to start with upper case.
      2. Press "Rename" menu item
      3. Replace 'b' with 'B'
      4. Press enter

      Observed behavior:

      • file name is still "button.qml"

      Expected behavior:

      • file is renamed to "Button.qml"
