The "Push to Gerrit" dialog lists the patches that you are going to push:
It only shows the Sha1 and the subject line though. To see more of the patches you have to leave the dialog.
I think it would be good if the dialog showed the full commit message in a tool tip. Maybe a right-click could even offer showing the change in a diff editor.
