Add "Show column" to other context menu

In the debugger's "Locals" view, you can add or remove columns by clicking into its area and (un)checking "Show ... column" from the context menu. I think it would be more intuitive to have this option in the context menu shown when clicking the table's headers. I hereby propose to have them in both context menus.
